Early access notice. JobNest Global is an early-stage service. This page describes the information the current product handles; it is not legal advice or a promise that the service meets every privacy law in every country. Before a broad launch, the operator must confirm its legal identity, jurisdictions, lawful bases, retention periods and local requirements.
Who operates JobNest Global
JobNest Global is the name of this job marketplace. For privacy questions or requests about your information, email gorkhahousing@gmail.com. The service is intended to be accessible worldwide where local law permits.
Information the service handles
- Account details: name, email address, account type (job seeker or employer), account creation time, and a password hash. The service does not store your password in readable form.
- Profile details: headline, location, biography, skills, and optional portfolio and CV links that you choose to save from My activity. These details are private to your account and are not displayed publicly or sent to employers by this early-access version.
- Employer listings: job title, company, location, category, work style, employment type, optional salary, description, application contact and review/publication status. Approved listings are public.
- Applications: which job you applied to and when. The employer can see your account name and email for that application. The site records the application, then opens the employer's external application link or email app; it does not upload a CV.
- Reports: the reported listing, selected reason, optional details and report time. Reports are not attached to a JobNest Global account. Cloudflare may process network information for rate limiting and service security. Please do not include sensitive personal information in report details.
- Device storage: saved jobs are stored in your browser on your device, not in your JobNest Global account.
- Sign-in session: a secure session cookie is used when you sign in. It expires after 30 days or when you sign out.
Why information is used
Information is used to create and operate accounts, show and manage job listings, record applications, let employers contact applicants, review reported or newly submitted listings, prevent abuse and keep the service working. JobNest Global does not currently display ads while Google reviews the site. If Google AdSense is enabled, Google may use cookies or similar device identifiers, IP address, browser/device information and ad interactions to deliver, measure and protect advertising. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland will be offered the applicable consent choices before ads that require consent are served. You can change those choices through the site's privacy settings when available.
Who receives information
Approved job information and application contact details are visible publicly. When you apply, the relevant employer can access your name and email. Cloudflare hosts the site and database and processes requests needed to provide the service. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser may connect to Google to retrieve them. If enabled after review, Google AdSense and its advertising partners may receive the technical and ad-interaction information described above. The optional worldwide remote-jobs section retrieves public listing data from Himalayas through the site server; opening or applying for a listing takes you to Himalayas and its privacy terms. The career resources link may use Alison affiliate tracking. If you follow it and complete an eligible action, JobNest Global may receive a commission; Alison may process the referral and related activity under its own privacy notice. Employer links and email providers are separate services; their own privacy terms apply when you follow or use them.
How long information stays
You can delete your account from My activity → Delete your account after signing in and confirming your password. Deletion removes your account, applications, reports attached to your own listings and job listings from the service. You can also email gorkhahousing@gmail.com to ask about access or correction. Public job listings remain visible until their employer closes them or a moderator removes them. Session cookies expire after 30 days; saved jobs can be cleared in your browser storage. JobNest Global does not yet publish a fixed retention period for security and infrastructure records held by its providers.
Your choices and requests
You may choose not to create an account. You can sign out to end your session, clear saved jobs from your browser, and delete your account from My activity. Email verification and password reset are not available yet. Privacy rights and complaint options depend on the laws that apply where you live.
Security and changes
The service uses HTTPS and stores password hashes rather than readable passwords. No online service can promise perfect security. This notice may change as features and legal requirements change; the date above will be updated when it does.
